Knowing the leads, thanks, testimonials and who is doing business with who is paramount in staying connected with your networking group. With Connectable.biz, there are two different ways to follow all the activity.
The first way is to view Connectable's dashboard which is the first screen you see when you login. The dashboard shows all activities and acts as a real-time newsletter.
If you don't want to login to view the dashboard, the second option is to receive an email summarizing all the participation and events in your group at the frequency of your choosing.
To do this, use the 'Manage Notifications' page and adjust your settings to receive the information you want, when you want it.
Note these settings can only be changed in the desktop version and not the mobile applications.
Here's the step by step:
When logged into Connectable, hover your mouse over your name in the top right corner and select 'Manage Notifications'.
Go through the page and for each activity listed, decide on the the frequency of receiving that particular piece of information.
The options are : weekly/daily/instant/never and are defined below:
Weekly: you will receive the indicated activity in a weekly email. These emails arrive Monday morning in your inbox.
Daily: you will receive the indicated activity in a daily email.
Instant: you will receive the indicated activity an email and a notification from Connectable when that activity occurs (such as a direct lead).
Never: you will not receive an email or a notification from Connectable.
NOTE - If you wish to receive push notifications on your mobile phone, make sure you have set the Mobile Notifications to 'ON' (at the very bottom of the page).
If you want to just have a weekly email like you used to get in the pre-Connectable.biz days, simply select 'weekly' for all the settings and you'll receive a clear and concise summary of the group's weekly activities every Monday morning.
However if you want to be notified immediately for a direct lead (so you can take action on it) or a testimonial written about you, select 'instant' for those activities.
It's all customizable, so create what works best for you.
